Japanese food

Have you ever tried Japanese food? If you have not, you should try definitely. Because it is really delicious. I swear Japanese food is the best in the world. I am proud of my country food.

So, first I am going to share about my recommended Japanese cuisine.

Tempura
First one is definitely "Sushi". This is famous and popular in America too though, it is my most favorite Japanese food so I should mention it. Second is "Tempura". It is seafood and vegetable deep fried in batter and the texture is very crispy so you are going to love it if you like seafood like shrimp.

Third, "Yakiniku"it is same with Korean barbeque. It is the food that grille a thin sliced beef and dipped in a soy-bean sauce based source. Recently, there are so many all-you-can-eat BBQ restaurant in Japan. The price is around $25~$40. You can also enjoy many various side dishes too.

Tonkatsu
Fourth, "Japanese pork cutlet" called in Japanese "Tonkatsu".  Tonkatsu are tender deep-fried pork cutlets served Japanese-style. It is thick pork cutlets breaded with flour, egg, and bread crumbs and then deep-fried in oil. Tonlatsu are cooked in a similar way to Tempura, but the ingredients are different. With Tonkatsu, the cutlets are covered with flour, egg, and then bread crumbs for a crispy texture when fried.

Fifth, "shabushabu". It is a food where very thinly sliced beef is cooked in a traditional hot-pot full of boiling broth. The meat is cooked by gently dipping and waving it around in the broth with chopsticks. The beef is so thin you can almost see through it, so it cooks quickly and is ready to eat as soon as its color changes.

Shabushabu
Takoyaki

Sixth, "Octopus dumplings" called in Japanese "Takoyaki". This food is a Japanese savory snack in the shape of little round balls containing pieces of octopus. It is made from dough, mixture of flour and water.  It also contains some vegetables such as red ginger, cabbage and green onion. We usually eat takoyaki with sauce and mayonnaise. When we prepare it, it is necessary to use a special pan whose surface has round half circled dents.

Oyakodon

Katsudon
Gyuudon
Kaisendon

Seventh, "Rice-bowl". There are several species of it for example; Gyuudon, Kaisendon, Oyakodon and Katsudon. How different each of it is the difference of what is put on the rice. Gyuudon is covered with beef and onion, which is seasoned with soy sauce. Kaisendon is covered with raw seafood such as salmon, tuna, shrimp, octopus, sea urchin. Oyakodon is covered with egg and chicken which seasoned with soy source and sweet sake. "Oyako" means parent-child in Japanese and "egg and chicken" is parent-child so this is why it was named the name. And last, Katsudon is covered with Tonkatsu which I have earlier mentioned.

Except these food, there are much more delicious food in Japan so if you have a chance, please visit to my country!! Thank you for reading. If you want to know about something of my country, comment it!
